Movement Vision is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that promotes creativity, cultural leadership, and uplifts people through meaningful arts experiences, bringing vitality to SF Bay Area communities and enriching people’s lives. Movement Vision is a Hip-Hop Dance Studio that offers affordable and diverse classes for ALL people of color. Our goal is to have a safe space for artists that allows them to feel like they can truly thrive. The class staff are all POC! We offer a diverse mix of dance classes such as: Hip-Hop, House, Afro-Beats, Breaking, and Tutting.

Meet The Director Korea Venters
Originally from Oakland, California, Korea says her love for dance started while attending Oakland School for the Arts. Korea Venters graduated from the University of San Francisco, majoring in Performing Arts and Social Justice, with a concentration in Dance. After finishing school she has spent many years as a dance instructor. Korea has taught at a few dance studios including: Destiny Arts Center, KSP Studios, Rae Studios, & Shawl-Anderson Dance Center. She has been fortunate enough to perform at many festivals including: Art & Soul Festival, Black Choreographers Festival, Malcolm X Jazz Festival, San Francisco International Hip Hop Dance Festival, and Versa-Style LA Hip Hop Dance Festival. She hopes to continue using her art as a platform for community healing and outreach.
